Super Junior Kim Heechul dan Trax Kim Jungmo membentuk kelompok baru yang di beri nama M&D. Artis yang sama-sama di bawa naungan SMent ini akan menampilkan lagu yang ditulis, disusun, dan diatur oleh para mereka sendiri. Nama kelompok mereka merupakan singkatan dari “Midnight & Dawn”, tetapi juga merupakan inisial daerah asal masing-masing, Jungmo mewakili daerah ‘Miari’ (미아리) sedangkan Heechul mewakili daerah ‘Dangye-dong; (단계동).
